How Does it Work?
ItsaCheckmate is the leading integrator for third party and online ordering platforms. Our technology automatically accepts orders from Orders2me, injects them directly into the restaurants existing POS, and sends them to the kitchen printers - without any manual involvement at all.
Onboarding Process
Our clients are assigned an Account Manager that will guide them seamlessly through a 2-3 week set-up process. The menu will be pulled in from Orders2me, and the POS, properly staged and mapped. After mapping, we complete internal testing to assure that all mappings have been properly completed. Once we have completed internal testing, your Account Manager will schedule a "Go-Live" Call at a time that works best for you.
Customer Support
Once you are live, there is a dedicated customer support team available 24/7 that is focused on handling your everyday needs and questions. Anything from menu adjustments, pricing updates or order entry issues, we have your back! Having your own dedicated support channel is something that we have built in response to customer demand, and is changing the way our customers think about service.
