CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME? 

Yes, we have no long term contracts or commitments and you are free to cancel at anytime. If you don't consistently see the value in our platform we don't expect you to stay. 

IS ORDERS2ME RIGHT FOR ME?

Orders2me is an Online Ordering System that is built for both the owner operated local restaurant as well as multi-location franchises. Many of our successful clients are restaurant owners with quick service and fast casual restaurants, offering both takeout and delivery services. 

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE I GET STARTED?

Simply put, nothing! At Orders2me we have a dedicated restaurant success team that works with you closely in order to make sure you take full advantage of our platform and get setup as quickly as possible.

WHAT PACKAGE DO I NEED?

Our packages split up into two main categories. The restaurants that already have an existing website and the restaurants that don't. In addition we also offer add-on packages that include Social Media Management & Reputation Monitoring, a Custom Mobile App, as well as a seamless integration with your existing POS System. Regardless of where you are today one of our restaurant success team members will walk you through the benefits of all of our packages and find the right package for you. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET SETUP? 

Our goal is to get you fully operational in less than 24 hours. 

DO YOU CHARGE ANY TRANSACTION FEES? 

At Orders2.me we don't charge any fees other than your flat monthly fee. The reason for that is that we don't take possession of your money at anytime, instead we connect you to one of the many payment gateways that integrates with our platform. That way your money is sitting in your account within 24-48 hours of an order being taken. The more you grow the more you keep, now that's something worth talking about. 

CAN I CHANGE MY PLAN LATER ON?

Yes, you can switch plans at anytime. You can also add-on or remove any of our packages at anytime. No contracts means more flexibility for you. 

DO I NEED TO GET MY OWN WEB HOSTING?

You can choose to host your website on your own hosting service or we can provide you web hosting if you need it. Either way you are covered! 

DO YOU OFFER TRAINING AND SUPPORT? 

Yes, we offer white glove support to all of our customers. Our promise is that you will have someone to talk to over the phone, a dedicated technical support team, as well as a restaurant success coach that will guide you through the nuts and bolts of all of our products and services.
